AFK Redeemer Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
AFK Redeemer is a fan-made app built by players for players. This privacy policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and what rights you have as a user.
2. Data We Collect
Data you provide directly:
- Your AFK Arena UID (Classic accounts) — stored locally on your device only, never transmitted to our servers.
- Your Lilith Games email address (Companion accounts) — used solely to authenticate with Lilith Games' redemption portal during the active session. It is never stored on your device or on our servers.
Data collected automatically:
- Firebase Analytics: anonymous usage data (app opens, feature usage, crash reports). No personally identifiable information is collected.
- Firebase Crashlytics: anonymous crash and error reports to help us improve stability.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: a device token is stored on our servers solely for the purpose of sending push notifications about new redemption codes. This token is not linked to any personal identity.
Redemption feedback:
- When you redeem a code, the result of the redemption (success, expired, not found) is sent anonymously to our database to help verify codes for the entire community. No account information is included in this data.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identity.
- We do not collect your Lilith Games password. Authentication with Lilith Games' servers happens directly between your device and Lilith Games — AFK Redeemer never sees or stores your password.
- We do not sell, share, or trade any user data with third parties.
- We do not collect payment information. In-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play.
4. Third-Party Services
AFK Redeemer uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — displays advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization. (https://policies.google.com/privacy)

5. Data Retention
- Your UID is stored locally on your device and can be removed at any time by logging out or uninstalling the app.
- FCM device tokens are retained on our servers until the token becomes invalid or you uninstall the app.
- Anonymous analytics and crash data are retained according to Firebase's standard retention policies.
6. Children's Privacy
AFK Redeemer is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. AFK Arena itself is rated for users 12 and older. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us at the email address below. Since most data is anonymous, deletion requests are typically fulfilled by clearing your device token from our FCM database.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via a push notification or an in-app notice. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
